The Synod
Explanation Of Synod And It's Meetings The Church Of England has a long established history some of it well known some of it not. One of the lesser knowns is how democratic it is. Its smallest unit is based upon a group of parishes known as a Deanery. These Deanery Synods meet quarterly. Our contributions to the Church Of Engand Common Fund, amongst many many other things, pay for our Dean. Both Ealing East and Ealing West are run by the very approachable: Andrew Corsie http://www.london.anglican.org/PersonShow_1670
