Who Are We ?
Welcome in Jesus name!
St James Church is part of the whole body of Christ. We believe that God is our Father in heaven. We believe that Jesus Christ is God's Son & our Saviour. Our main church service takes places on Sunday mornings at 10:30am. You will find us to be an informal, friendly church, open to both young and old, families and single people alike. Children's work takes place in the Church Hall during this service. We have Bible-based sermons relating the Word of God to the lives of His people. We sing contemporary worship songs, which lead us into the presence of God. We encourage the gifts of the Holy Spirit to be exercised in order to build up the life of the church. Our local MP said “This is the most welcoming church I’ve ever been in”.
